For booking, please read the following information carefully.

CONCEPT

  • Describe the concept of your tattoo in a detailed and precise way.
  • Send the images that you would like to use as reference via email. These images are essential since they allow Santjakov to visualize and have a clear idea of what you want to express.
  • Also, send an image of the body part where you would like to get your tattoo.
  • Keep in mind that we won’t use designs and tattoos by other tattoo artists as reference, as Santjakov won’t replicate designs by other artists.

PROJECTS

  • The session rate is $2.000 and its average duration is around 8 hours, including a break to have lunch and other small breaks to stretch and hydrate.
  • Projects such as full sleeves take 9 to 12 sessions, full back pieces take 12 to 17 sessions, and leg sleeves take 12 to 20 sessions. All these factors will depend on the design complexity, skin conditions, among others. Santjakov focuses on the creation of artistic projects, therefore, it is not possible to guarantee an exact number of sessions that a specific tattoo will take in advance. Every single project is meticulously thought for each customer, which ensures that every tattoo is a unique work.
  • This rate will remain consistent throughout one year after the first session. After this, the rate will be adjusted to the current price due to our annual increase. Please book your sessions on a continuous basis if possible.
  • Because every project is different, a different amount of time is necessary for each of them. So, send us all the information required and the reference images via Email or DM, and we will reach out to you to tell you the approximated full price.

DESIGN

  • At the beginning of the first session, the design will be shown, and it can be modified if you please. This process may take from 1 to 2 hours, which are part of the session time.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

  • Immediate payment is expected at the end of the tattoo sessions.
  • Cash is accepted as the only payment method.
  • A deposit of 20% of the session cost is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and can be paid at the studio in cash or through ZELLE to the email: team@nobleart.com. (with all payment methods, you must also send proof of payment via screenshot). Please be aware that a 4.5% sales tax is added to the final amount. The deposit will be deducted from the final price on the day of the tattoo.
  • Once the details related to your project are finished, we will send you the receipt of your deposit.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment because of unanticipated situations, you must let us know so that we can reorganize our agenda. The appointment can be changed only once without forfeiting your deposit.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SESSION

  • Sessions normally start at 10 am.
  • Only clients. No guests or visitors are allowed to be present during the sessions. Any other person but the client will be asked to wait out of the building until the tattoo appointment finishes.
  • Please, do not ingest alcoholic drinks for some days before your tattoo session. This can cause excessive bleeding and healing problems
  • Make sure to be well-rested before attending the session and have a meal beforehand to avoid problems with low blood sugar.
  • Use comfortable clothing that helps with the tattooing process.
  • If you arrive 15 minutes late with no notification, the session will be canceled with no reimbursement.
  • Non-attendance means losing your deposit, and further collaboration won’t be possible.
  • In regard to any health issues, allergies, and contraindication, please inform us in advance.

CONFIRMATION

  • By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all the above policies and accept that the deposit can not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • It is essential that you include your idea, pictures of reference, and a photo of the body part where you will get the tattoo.
  • We make sure to reply to emails promptly, but due to the high volume of inquiries, we may take some time to respond. Please be patient, and we will reply as quickly as we can.
