SANTJAKOV is the expressive extension of Santiago, a multidisciplinary visual artist working in New York. Drawing, painting, sculpture and tattoo have always been a continuous practice for him, and the garment is simply his newest medium.
For years his work lived on skin. Now it is taking on a living expression in fabric. The body was always the canvas; the clothing only follows the line.
This is not a fashion label chasing a season. It is an artist releasing a limited body of work, refined with the best materials: heavyweight corduroy, brushed cotton at 380 grams, hand-finished Peruvian cotton. Each piece seeks a simple but powerful meaning: to let our everyday life be in harmony with our inner world.
